I'm very disappointed in the quality of the work. I paid for the superior service. And my shoes look the same as I sent them. The only different thing is the bottom of my sole. No scuff repair, but the side sole still has scuff marks.

We are disappointed to hear that you are not pleased with the results. We ask all of our professional cleaners to record their cleanings and provide before and after photos. I've reviewed your order and have the following feedback:
Our cleaner carefully cleaned the shoe inside out, including uppers, soles, laces, insoles, and disinfected and deodorized all around. However, the leather on the toe box was a bit damaged and needed restoration work, which we do not offer.
